All AkzoNobel technical training courses are taught in state-of-the-art training facilities located in seven strategic areas of North America. These facilities are designed to enhance learning while replicating shop conditions. When a painter experiences the correct motion required to spray a car, he remembers how it feels, how it sounds and how it looks so he can duplicate it back in his spray booth. Our limited number of participants per training course (6-8) makes sure each student gets ample time of spray gun in hand.

On-site Technical Consulting
Formal classroom training is invaluable to teach technicians process and procedure. But in some instances on site technical consultation is needed. AkzoNobel has at the ready a highly trained technical staff available to teach technicians, problem solve, recommend process improvements, conduct reviews, monitor quality, and myriad of additional on site technical services. Technical Audit
A fresh set of eyes often see things that go unnoticed by people immersed in everyday shop activities. The AkzoNobel Sikkens Technical Audit is a standardized method of taking a snapshot of your operation and then reporting the results in a meaningful manner. Conducted by our technical staff, a technical audit will score your shop against industry averages in areas such as process, quality, safety, functioning of equipment, VOC compliance, and material usage.
